COGNIGOALS continues: Soccerkinetics takes the baton

Your courses, your account, and your apps stay as they are. Here's what's changing.

About a year and a half ago, we wrote to you that we were looking for a new owner for COGNIGOALS: someone with a passion for football, a firm belief in motor-cognitive training, and the resources to carry the project forward. Many of you replied, made introductions, and encouraged us. Thank you for that.

It took longer than planned, because we took the time to find the right partner. Today, we have the best news in a long time: Soccerkinetics GmbH is taking over COGNIGOALS.

Soccerkinetics, based in Ingolstadt, Germany, was founded on exactly the conviction that has never let go of us either: bringing football players to peak performance. Their mission: to train the football player of tomorrow, today, with neuro-centered training that fuses classic football training with cognitive, coordinative, and visual challenges into something entirely new.

Movement quality, excellent technique, a cool and lightning-fast mind: more than 25,000 players and coaches already train this way, and a longitudinal study at the University of Augsburg has shown measurable improvements compared with a control group. When we got to know Soccerkinetics, one thing was immediately clear: this is no coincidence. It is the same philosophy, the same fire, only with the dedicated team, the structures, and the strength that we, as a small founding team, were missing. That is exactly where COGNIGOALS is going: because it fits

What happens next:

  • For you, everything stays as it is: Your courses, your account, your learning progress, and the apps remain unchanged. You log in just like before.


  • Behind the scenes, Soccerkinetics takes over step by step: Over the coming weeks and months, Soccerkinetics will gradually take on the operation and distribution of the COGNIGOALS courses under a license agreement. The COGNIGOALS brand stays.


  • Your contract partner is changing: Going forward, Soccerkinetics, based in Germany, will be your provider. As part of the handover, the account and newsletter data stored with us will also be transferred to Soccerkinetics. You will shortly receive a separate email with all the details, including your rights. There is nothing you need to do.


  • We are not disappearing entirely: One of our co-founders will continue to support the Soccerkinetics team with his experience after the handover, so that everything continues seamlessly and the courses can keep evolving. The US company COGNIGOALS LLC will be closed once the handover is complete; we will keep you posted on that as well.




Six years of COGNIGOALS: what began as a passion project has grown into a product that coaches and players around the world use and recommend, with an Net Promoter Score above 80. Knowing that it will now continue in hands that can take it further than we ever could is the best possible ending for us. Thank you for being part of this journey! We are
