What's actually the fundamental difference between your weak foot and your strong foot? It's simple: Whether it's a dribble, a pass, or a shot on goal, everything feels easier, safer, and more fluid, in short, better!
This feeling often leads even the most skilled and well-trained elite players to avoid using their weaker foot, which they have worked hard to train over the years, in pressure situations, causing them to lose time, miss the right moment, and not capitalize on their scoring opportunities.
This is where we start with our first COGNIGOALS Player Course module - by using a unique approach invented by Matthias Nowak: We take your dominant foot out of its comfort zone by improving it through unusual, increasingly challenging exercises, thereby creating a provisional comfort zone for the non-dominant, weaker foot.
By the end of Module 1, your weaker foot will feel significantly better, which is a prerequisite for further developing two-footedness in Module 2.
